With more than 8,000 products from a wide range of brands, felgenshop.de specializes in selling complete wheels (wheel sets). In the process, the customer selects the rim and the matching tire and can have them delivered to his home ready mounted. DF Automotive GmbH, the company behind felgenshop.de, has been in existence since 2006 and, together with other online stores, is one of the market leaders in sporty car accessories.
Before ODOSCOPE
felgenshop.de offers its users a wide range of over 8,000 tires and rims. In the way of store optimization, felgenshop.de wants to use its already existing, but so far unused data treasures profitably in the future. The expert in sporty car accessories was looking for a way to tailor article lists to the current user and display them in a relevant way. In particular, the mobile-first approach must be taken into account here, as the majority of customers first obtain information about products via mobile devices before they buy on the desktop. In addition, various factors must be taken into account when displaying lists: legal regulations, TÜV certificate types, user-specific vehicle type, design, age, etc. Furthermore, a solution must be found that relieves the felgenshop-product managers, as there is still a large amount of work involved in manually entering lists and recommendations for rims.

Intelligent algorithms are used to show users the products/combinations that are relevant to them and permissible according to the StVO. felgenshop.de works with a great many suppliers and therefore has to keep track of many different deliver y conditions and times. An ODOSCOPE license is essentially calculated based on the traffic volume of an online shop per year (sessions per year in 1 million steps). Another factor is the number of AI modules used for the various onsite personalization activities like product list sorting, search result sorting, recommendations, mailings, adaptive ads etc.
We want all customers to be happy and satisfied with our solution and services, of course. However, if a customer decides to end the contract, the contractually agreed notice period applies. In general, an annual license will be renewed for another year unless it is cancelled in writing with 3 months notice to the end of the contract.
